Backorder Policy: If your item arrives within 2 weeks of processing your order, you will be notified via email with a shipping date. If your item arrives after 2 weeks we will contact you to inform you the item has arrived. Your card does not get charged until we ship the items. Items are backordered at regular price. Custom Cuts Policy: Minimum 2 Business Days $10 per cut piece. Straight Cuts only. Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Sales Tax: Shipments within PA will have a 6% sales tax added to the order. If you are exempt from taxes, you must send us a properly executed Pennsylvania sales tax exemption certificate for stained glass or a related field. Penny Shipping Policy: Penny shipping is valid for standard ground shipping on in-stock items ONLY. Oversized boxes and other shipping methods are subject to shipping charges. Penny Ship does not apply to Wholesale customers.
